Munich Apartment Shower

Dear Friends!
As many of you already know, I'm about to start my first experience living with someone. We're not getting married, so this is not a bridal shower per se, yet, as I didn't pass the hat when setting up my pad in Erlangen, I now take the freedom to invite you to contribute with a few items and thus ease our transition into living together. For a little extra fun, all items are matched by an accompanying, usually object-related, reward.

It goes without saying that ALL are welcome to our house-warming party, independent of contributing or not with any of the below, and of course the same applies for dinners, sleepovers, and other invitations in our new home.

We're looking forward to having all of you there!

- Sofa-bed: with an investment of only 249,- Eur, you book yourself for five days in a premium location for Oktoberfest 2013 in the new sleeping couch you'll provide us with. That's cheaper than any hotel in town at that time of the year - and you get to pick the sofa colour, too (*)!

(*) Any colour applies, as long as it matches the rest of the living room.

- Dining table and chairs: by investing 199,- Eur, we'll host you and a partner of your choice (**) to an exquisite dinner at our new dining room table  featuring some of the best recipes from Brazil, Canada, Germany, Hungary, and Switzerland. Wine included, too!

(**) If you have no partner in Munich to bring along, we'll do our best to pair you up with another interesting guest. Matchmaking available upon request.

- Wine refrigerator: a wine-and-cheese evening will reward your contribution of 89,- Eur towards keeping our Cabernets, Bordeauxs and Merlots at the right temperature!

- Microwave Oven: for only 69,- Eur, you'll give us the Gift of Reheated Food. Besides, it's useful for making popcorn, which will come in handy when we invite you for a movie evening.

- Pressure cooker: we'll thank you for your 39,- Eur investment with an authentic Brazilian feijoada. That's a real steal right here!

- Blender: for 29,- Eur, we'll offer you a delicious milk shake or fruit smoothie!

- Mixer: contribute 29,- Eur, and we promise to bake you a delicious cake :)

- Assorted: we are particularly grateful for contributions of:
 - plants: flowers, spices and herbs, green in general - and pots and vases, too.
 - alcohol: by helping us stock the bar, you'll be assured to always find your favourite red or drink whenever you come over :)
